Subject: [JM Parent Mailings] Concession Committee Request

             REQUEST FROM FOOTBALL CONCESSION COMMITTEE

Grace Torres, Robyn Valdez and Stella Lenzen are the Judge Parent
Association committee members in charge of organizing teams of parents to
work in the Coke trailers at the varsity football games. It takes about 8
volunteers per trailer, and if you have attended a Judge Memorial varsity
game you are aware we have two trailers. Our parent volunteer list needs
to be expanded. In prior years we were able to function with 6-8
volunteers, but with the current demands of two Coke trailers we need
15-16 per game. The JM Bulldogs are having a wonderful season and the
crowds are huge. We really could use some more hands to get through the
rest of the season. If you would be willing to work in one of the Coke
trailers, please contact Grace Torres at 891-3201 (cell) as soon as
possible. Our next home game is October 5th. It is also the Bulldog Boogie
(half time event) and the Judge Parent Association Barbeque from 5 pm to
kick-off. It should be a fun evening for everyone. Hope you can join us.

P.S. Proceeds from football and basketball concessions are returned to the
Judge faculty at the end of the school year through a mini-grant program
called Bulldog Bucks.
